For copies of your Dallas International University transcript (beginning Fall 1999), download the Transcript Request form.  Open the download to complete and sign the form.  Then, save the form as a .pdf to be returned to registrar@diu.edu.  Digital Signature Instructions

For Texas SIL transcripts (prior to Fall 1999), please contact the SIL International Registrar (sil_registrar_intl@sil.org).

There is a fee of $10.00 per copy for an official Dallas International transcript. If multiple transcripts are requested in one request, the first copy is $10 and other copies in the same request are $5. This fee can be paid via cash, check, or online through PayPal.  Unofficial transcripts are available at no charge via Campus Cafe Web or by personal request.  To pay by check, please make checks payable to Dallas Int’l University.  To pay online, please select the number of copies you would like, then click the ‘Buy Now’ button below.
