A welcome event is scheduled to occur a day or two before the start of each academic term. Specific dates will be shared with you when you receive information regarding orientation or they can be found on the DIU calendar. All new students and students resuming their studies after some time away are encouraged to join if possible. For those who cannot join us in Dallas for the event, virtual access will be given to the event.

New students are assigned an academic advisor and will need to have that advisor approve their schedule prior to completion of registration.  Click here to learn how to contact your academic advisor.

Visit our Registration page for information on how to register for classes.  Registration is completed online using Campus Café.

You will not be allowed to register for courses if until after you have completed all of the required post-admission paperwork.
